We would like to start out by thanking EVERYONE for such great support over the past year, it has been wonderful! Unfortunately this same support has pushed us to our current pressing capacity. Customer service is key at Palomino and when we struggle to meet the deadlines requested it makes things difficult. We have doubled our workforce, pressed records around the clock, and even extended our timelines on multiple occasions and yet the new orders continue to flow in. Again, we are thankful for this but something must be done in order for us to continue to provide the quality and efficiency we demand from ourselves. For this reason we will not be taking on new customer orders this summer. This should allow us to catch up and possibly expand for the fall in order to better serve any and all customers. Of course if you absolutely, positively do not have a summer deadline then feel free to get in touch with us and we will try to honestly figure out a timeframe for your project.
